Houria Bellatif is the principal and founder of Shiftingly.
She is a business transformation consultant with over 20 years of experience. She has an extensive background in business strategy, organizational changes, operational excellence systems, leadership development, and multicultural integration. She is a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior and executive leadership to assess optimization opportunities, facilitate strategic deployment, and drive successful implementation. Her engagements have touched many sectors including telecommunication, transportation, oil & gas, mining, and technology. While on assignments, Houria realized the emotional and people aspects are critical to any successful change whether on the personal or professional side.
She decided to embark on a formal coaching journey, which led to her certification in leadership development and executive coaching. She works with individuals in their personal growth and engages with multicultural teams in building a solid foundation to be more collaborative and high performing. Her approach to coaching is to “Be here now”, listen to her client’s needs with curiosity, and partner with them in their self-discovery through challenging questions in a thought-provoking process.
She holds her ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master BlackBelt and obtained her MBA at the University of St Thomas in Houston. Houria is certified in Birkman (Personal & Career) assessments, EGL multi-rater. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
